  • Dmitry Kulish, PhD, MBA, CEO


    Dmitry Kulish co-Founded DKIS LLC after working as Senior Investment Manager at Intel Capital Moscow from 2005 to 2007, where he managed multimillion venture investment portfolio that grew well. In 2002-2005 Dmitry served as an Executive Director at Bioprocess Group, a diversified pharmaceutical and chemistry holding in Russia, where he managed establishing and launch of the largest Russian manufacturer of biogenerics. Dr. Kulish was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University in 1998-2000. He earned an MBA from Wharton School of Business, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Moscow Institute of Molecular Genetics.

  • Igor Sivov, PhD, Chief Scientist


    Dr. Sivov has three-decade experience in molecular biology and virusology. He graduated with a medical degree from the Moscow Medical Academy in 1967 and received his Ph.D. there in 1974. Dr. Sivov started working with viruses during his involvement in Soviet bioweapon program. In 1999-2003 Dr. Sivov lead a project on design of Antiviral Genetic Program, the suicidal RNA fighting HCV-infected cells (paper-2, patent-1, patent-2). To deliver this RNA into cells, Dr. Sivov developehis first technology for HCV-VLP production that turned out to be insufficient. After discontinuation of the project, Dr. Sivov co-founded DKIS LLC to build further on his expertise and ideas.

  • Vadim Asadov, Chairman


    Vadim Asadov is CEO and Founder of Neurok LLC, key angel investor of DKIS LLC. Neurok LLC is based in SanDiego and has extensive portfolio of early-stage investments, ranging from software to medical devices. Prior to founding Neurok LLC Vadim worked at top managerial positions of Russian brokerage and oil&gaz companies. Vadim graduated from the Department of Physic of the Moscow State University.
